Here’s how it works:

You e-mail us pictures and measurements of the room(s) to be decorated, as well as a completed design questionnaire. Once we establish the budget and direction of the design, we create a thorough design plan which includes the following:

Room mood board: we realize that a central challenge in designing your own space is visualizing the final product. Our room concept boards will allow you to see all components in the room come together.

Floor plan: includes a detailed furniture layout plan, drawn to scale, which references directly to the room concept board. No more worrying if that sofa will fit in the room!

Shopping list: thorough and organized, our shopping lists will guide you through your room concept board, with clickable links to recommended items.

A: E-DECOR is an online interior design and decorating service. It’s a new take on the traditional interior design process that uses only Internet based tools to deliver great design & decorating solutions to clients on a nationwide level.

E-DECOR is perfect for someone seeking design guidance with a DIY’er attitude and no expensive designer fees attached!

Q: What do I need to participate in E-DECOR?

A: Great question! E-DECOR does require a little work from your end initially, but we promise we’ve done our best to make it simple and easy for you to get started. For you to effectively participate in E-DECOR, it’s is highly recommended that you have the following tools and are proficient in the following ways:
Have access to printing items that are emailed to you
Have an i-Phone or Smart phone
Can take pictures with your phone and email them directly
Have a tape measure
Can take easy measurements of your space after instruction from us

After you purchase any E-DECOR package, you will receive you E-DECOR Welcome Packet and Design Questionnaire. This will give you instructions on everything you need to do to get started.

Q: How do I know if E-DECOR is right for me?

A: E-décor is directed towards the budget conscious Do-It-Yourselfer! If you need decorating or design guidance with a space in your home but you don’t want to spend major cash on designer fees, E-décor may just be what you’re looking for. We provide you with decorating mood boards to help you visualize your space and then you purchase all your new items and bring your space to life with our step-by-step guides. If you don’t like putting together furniture, shopping for new home décor, or if you don’t have time to do things on your own E-décor probably is not be for you.

Q: How long will it take to receive my Interior Design proposal?

A: After you purchase your E-DECOR package on our website, you will receive your NEST STYLIST Welcome Packet and Design Questionnaire, which has easy to follow tools and instructions on getting us all the information about your space that we need to get started. Once we receive that information from you, you’ll receive an email with your INTERIOR DESIGN proposal within 10 days.

Once you receive your NEST STYLIST Packet, make sure you hop to it with getting us the info we need so we can get started for you right away!

Q: After I receive my INTERIOR DESIGN for my room, what happens next?

A: This is the part where YOU come in and luck has it, that it’s also the FUN part! Once you receive your INTERIOR DESIGN, here’s what happens next.

You’ll start by looking through the designs of your new space! Get to know your new space. Digest it. Fall in love with it!
Once you’re ready to transform your space, start purchasing the items listed on your SHOPPING LIST. Use your Personal Shopping Check List to help manage items ordered online
Once your items start arriving, it’s like Christmas. Begin putting everything together as you read the notes provided on your NEST STYLIST MOOD BOARD

Q: What happens if I purchase a design package and I’m not planning to begin the project for a few months?

A: That’s not a problem. Your design proposal is yours to keep and is there for you when you’re ready to get started. This is sometimes better for clients because they can accomplish the new design at their own pace. You can take your time purchasing the items on your SHOPPING LIST, just be careful to read the DISCLAIMER in regards to items that might not be available online if you decide to wait on purchasing certain items.

Q: What if I have questions for my designer when I am shopping online or doing my décor installation?

A: If you have questions regarding your INTERIOR DESIGN, we want to be available to answer your concerns. Shoot us an email at admin@neststylist.com and we will do our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours with an answer to your questions/concerns.

Q: What happens if I really don’t like what is designed for me in my INTERIOR DESIGN?

A: We really hope that this doesn’t happen because our goal is to make this process simple and easy for you, and we feel confident that we can produce a great design for you from the beginning. After you receive and digest your INTERIOR DESIGN, if you really do not like your design, we will re-design the space for you up to 1 time within 30 days of receiving your comments. These revisions can only happen when you submit an INTERIOR DESIGN REVISION FORM. The form is emailed only when you request one within 30-days from recieving your design. After you receive your revision, both designs are yours to keep. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN!
